The SURGe Project took part in the National Council for the Recovery of Ukraine from the war. It operates under the President of Ukraine and is developing steps for the country’s reconstruction and progress in all areas of life after the war. In particular, the SURGe team provides organizational and expert support to the working group “The Protection of Children’s Rights” and participates in developing Ukraine’s Recovery Plan in the corresponding field.

So far, a draft document was presented on July 4-5, 2022 at the Ukraine Recovery Conference in Lugano, Switzerland, where Ukrainian authorities and international partners determined the goals, projects, and tasks outlined in the draft document as a direction for active joint work until 2032.

The materials on the protection of children’s rights in Ukraine developed during the consultations are available at the following link: https://bit.ly/3RSx9Nh
