Remuneration: $106,686 to $118,000 plus superannuation depending on experience (pro-rata)

Alinea International is looking for a part-time Accountant to work within our operations team, working approximately 20 hours a week. With our growth, demands on financial management have increased, which is best served by an in-house accountant. The role will be responsible for monthly reporting, forecasting future performance, enforcing and improving financial control mechanisms, and liaising with counterparts from the global group to ensure consistent practices.
The role reports to the Chief Operations Officer, and will be supported by the Operations Team, who handle data entry, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of board reports
  • Financial forecasting
  • Balance sheet reconciliation
  • Working with annual auditors for production of final accounts
  • Development of guides and processes to ensure continuous good practice in financial management.

Other relevant duties as required.

Academic Qualifications and Experience


  • A relevant tertiary qualification in accountancy
  • 4+ years experience working in an accounting role
  • Experience with balance sheet reconciliations
  • Experience calculating work-in-progress and revenue recognition


  • Experience working with transfer pricing
  • Experience with intercompany reconciliations
